Sasken Network gets TL9000 certificate

BANGALORE Sasken Network Engineering Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sasken Communication Technologies Limited, has won the prestigious TL 9000 certification, becoming the first Indian company in the network engineering space to achieve this global standard. The Bombay Stock Exchange was informed of the achievement by Sasken Communication Technologies. TL 9000, a superset of the International Standards Organisation ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, aims at applying a common set of quality management and performance measurement requirements among the global chain of approximately 10,000 telecommunication suppliers. Commenting on the achievement, Prabhas Kumar, Chief Operating Officer and Head (Services) of the company said, T L 9000 is a significant step in SNEL relentless endeavour to deliver the best in class quality and efficiency in processes.
