NDPL gets ISO 9001:2000 certificate

New Delhi Power Limited has received the ISO 9001:2000 certificate for its quality Management System from Det Norsks Veritas (DNV). The quality management system certificate was bestowed on NDPL for services rendered by the engineering, projects, information technology groups of technical services department, human resources department and stores group of operation department, a company release said on Tuesday. "We are proud to have got this certification which reflects our desire and commitment for delivering quality services to our customers and is a positive step forward in this direction," NDPL CEO Anil Kr Sardana said. The ISO 9001:2000 standard is an internationally recognised quality management system developed by the International Organisation of Standardisation, Geneva, it said.
